1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Vetsphere Innovations (referred to as the “Seller”) and any individual or entity (referred to as the “Buyer”) placing an order for products through this website. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to comply with these terms.
2. Orders
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed by initially requesting a quote via our website, by phone, or by email. Once an order is placed, the Buyer will receive an acknowledgment via email. This acknowledgment does not constitute order acceptance.
- Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed once the Buyer receives a confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to pricing errors or product availability issues.
- Modifications or Cancellations: Any modification or cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, changes may not be accepted.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in ZAR(South African Rands) and may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless specified.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full before dispatch of the products. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. The Buyer is responsible for any additional payment processing fees.
- Failed Payments: In case of failed payments, delivery will be delayed until full payment is received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Standard delivery times range from 10 to 12 business days, depending on the Buyer’s location. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, courier delays, or strikes.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges will be stated in the quotation before confirming the order. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Delivery Areas: Deliveries are available within Africa. The Seller does not deliver to PO boxes or restricted areas unless specifically arranged.
- Ownership and Risk: Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the products pass to the Buyer upon delivery. In cases of failed delivery due to incorrect address details, the Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns Policy: If a product is defective or not as described, the Buyer may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at returns@vetsphereinnovation.com. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by the Seller.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods or customised items, are non-returnable.
6. Product Descriptions
The Seller strives to provide accurate product descriptions. However, the Seller does not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If a product is not as described, the Buyer’s sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
7. Force Majeure
The Seller will not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill any obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or transportation failures.
8. Liability
The Seller’s liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. The Seller will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
9. Amendments to Terms
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. The Buyer is encouraged to review these terms regularly.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
